The unusual architecture within the whole vicinity of this complex,
high on the hill side of the Black Mountain range, has been
admired by many.
The elevated views are wonderful, the peace and tranquility
appreciated, yet only a few minutes bus ride from the main resort
of Sunny Beach.
A new cycle ride and walk way now provides safe
access along the road below the complex to SunnyBeach, which is
well lit up with new lighting, also, a brand new Lidl store now open
at the end of this pathway.
There are restaurants close by in the village of
Sharity a pretty hillside village community which
gets frequented by tourists looking to explore
the wonders of Bulgaria. A car is not essential as the
bus to Kosharitsa village and back to Sunny beach
passes by every 20 minutes
The view across the landscape is of the world famous
heritage site of Old Town Nessebar, and the shopping
Centre of New Town Nessebar, along side is Ravda.
and close by Sveti Vlas, Elinite, Pomorie and the main
town of Burgas all within 30 minutes drive.
The main Burgas airport is 25 minutes drive.
The complex has much to offer to those wishing to have
a quieter holiday with many country walks, viewing bird
life and wild life in abundance.
The scenery from the elevated complex is stunning, and if you wish to
simply stay around the pool area, swimming, relaxing and watching
your children in the smaller pool, then you could do no better than
Chateau Panorama. There are still many apartments for sale and
maintenance is being provided by a local company. Therefore the
gardens and pool are looking beautiful, during the summer season.
2022/23 has seen an unexpected conflict with Russia and Ukraine,
preventing clients from being able to visit their apartments, therefore
it has been decided not to fill the pool to save expense with
maintenance with only a few people arriving each year.

Chateau Panorama, during 2023/24 the weather was extremely hot and dry
with only two hours rain for the whole 90 days.
The pool area had new flower containers and beautiful Gauras,
Salvias and Begonias
